JOB SUMMARY

Join our team as an Invoice Officer where you'll support the Finance and Business Execution teams in the seamless administration of commercial contracts, invoicing, and transactional processes. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across contract execution and financial administration activities.

In this role you will:

Process commercial contracts and maintain accurate contract administration records.
Generate and issue invoices in compliance with VAT and other regulatory requirements.
Manage stock transfer orders and support inventory-related transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the ERP system, including centralized contract documentation.
Collaborate daily with Sales, Finance, Legal, and operational teams to ensure accurate contract execution.
Support month-end processes, including accruals and monitoring profit and loss impacts through open sales orders.
Prepare and report commercial exposure data as required.
Work closely with Commercial front and back-office teams to verify sales orders and transactional accuracy.
Prepare and submit cargo invoices to Receivers and Suppliers.
Coordinate invoice settlement activities with Trade Finance teams.
Monitor and manage cash exposure with counterparties.
Perform detailed data entry and reporting activities related to inventories and cargo movements.
Ensure a high level of accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail across all administrative and financial processes.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED SKILLS

Applicants must be based in the Netherlands to apply.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field required.
2–3 years of experience in an international financial or commercial environment.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel skills.
Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible, reliable, and motivated team player with strong organizational skills.
