Our Treasury team is at the core of our company’s financial success. We manage cash flow and reduce risks to support business goals. Within Treasury, the Credit Management Division ensures smooth customer payments, minimizes financial risks, and improves cash collections.
As a Credit & Collections Intern, you'll work alongside our Credit Manager to:
- Manage customer payments and reconcile accounts.
- Conduct credit checks and support credit limit updates.
- Gain hands-on experience with financial systems like SAP.
- Support key projects focused on improving cash flow and credit management processes.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED SKILLS
We’re looking for someone who brings the following to the role:
- Education/Experience: Finance student/recent graduate or finance professional with 1-2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or business-related role.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus; proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in handling data and an analytical mindset with an interest in credit risk and financial analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Candidate must already reside in the Netherlands.
